Since a young age, being in the gym and building a strong functional body has always intrigued me. At 20, I participated in my first triathlon and I was hooked. My competitive drive had me looking for any way to get an edge on my training. After a horrific car accident, when it seemed I would never function as a top performer again, my journey to heal began. Massage therapy was my only pain relief. However, the benefits of massage were overshadowed by the cost. I went to school to become a massage therapist with the one goal of being able to effectively treat myself. This led to 15 years of innovation, creating techniques designed for individual client's needs, while never treating two people the same. My massage practice was thriving but I wanted my clients to get more for their time and money. I added corrective exercise techniques in my sessions and the results spoke for themselves. Many clients stopped regular massage and traded it in for corrective exercise. I quickly saw I could help more people and set out on a similar but new journey, teaching everyone how to heal themselves by balancing the body the way it should be.
